Kährs Decarbonisation Commitment
At Kährs, we’re tackling climate change and building circular products. Our plan is clear: reach net-zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions and reduce Scope 3 by 42% by 2030, from a 2020 baseline. These milestones keep us on track towards achieving company-wide net-zero by 2040 and are validated by the Science Based Targets initiative.
For circularity, we’re redesigning what goes into—and comes out of—every floor. We’re increasing recycled and bio-based content to lower the footprint without compromising performance. By 2030, we’ll have end-of-life solutions for all products so they’re easy to take back, reuse, or recycle. And by 2025, we’ll publish clear circularity metrics and targets to keep us accountable. Along the way, we’re cutting waste and improving energy use across our operations.
